| Features: These systems come in a pneumatic version and require air compressors. Thanks to this feature the operator can program the machine to work with an automatic cycle. This will allow the operator to feed the machine while the sealing bar goes up and down as programmed (i.e. every 2secs, 3secs, etc.). If the operator does not wish to use this feature, they must use the foot pedal to activate the sealing bar. Either way the operator will have his hands free to work easily to feed the machine. Impulse sealing electronically controlled - Wide loading table - Adjustable web-carrier put up under the working table - Automatic movement of the sealing bars - Automatic removal by carrier strip from the sealing frame. Heat-shrinking tunnel suitable to achieve the maximum results with the lowest use of electricity - Stainless steel tunnel carrier strip - Adjustable tunnel carrier strip by direct current variation - Discharge roller. Insertion of the pieces to be packed on working table and their advancement into the sealing frame - Lowering/reopening of the sealing bars, sealing and conveyance of the pieces from the sealing area into the tunnel automatically executed - Heat-shrinking operation is adjusted by setting the tunnel strip temperature and speed.The machine can work with every kind of heat-shrinking film. |
